Hi, I got a private room in a shared house. I'm from sri lanka and i live here in frankston with another two working female flatmates. All of us are well educated and below 35. None of us drink or smoke. We are very busy so we don't hv time to clean the house. If you can keep our household clean then i can give u this small room for free in return. Also i'm going to start a business soon. If you can help me on that as a part time work then I can pay you for that. These are the house rules.
1) No visitors
2) No use or possession of any kind of illegal drugs including medical marijuana.( But you can smoke outside and use alcohol in the house.
3) No loud noises.

Hi I'm Tharindu and I'm 34. Also I'm from Sri Lanka. I work as a full time forklift operator on afternoon shift from mon to fri. In other times I would like to watch movies, travelling, fitness and content creating etc. There is one another friendly female tenant who is a nurse in profession. Also I hope to bring my girlfriend here soon.
