Description of the home

Whole House: Bedroom and Separate Study.
You will mostly have the whole house to yourself as I will be away 95% of the time.

My house is a quiet peaceful haven. There is a big backyard and deck. Plus a garage for some storage if need be.
It's not fancy or pretentious rather it's homely and cosy.

What's Included;
You will have private and lockable access to your bedroom room and a separate private lockable study.

Your Study has a desk and chair, a place for food storage and snacks + mini fridge and microwave but you will also have full access to the kitchen and room made in the fridge for your food items.

You will also have access to the kitchen for cooking and use of the laundry & shared bathroom. The kitchen has every appliance and gadget you will ever need and then some.

Local shops within a 3 min walk: Cafe, Pizza, fish and chips, accountant, hairdresser and a few others.

There is also a local duck pond on the way to the shops and a few walking tracks in the area.

The bus stop is located two houses away, 1 minute's walk. It takes about 12-15 mins on the bus to Frankston and 8-10 mins to Monash.

I am planning to not be here 95% of the time. I will be living with my aging parents over the other side of town and only coming back to do maintenance or collect something I need and will contribute to any bills when/if i'm here, but will also give notice if i will be around.

When I am here, I work from home as a virtual therapist and love being at home on weekends. So this property would suit a quiet professional, or uni student, and someone who is busy with their own life and likes their own space with some interaction with their housemate.

My private space is my bedroom, study
and lounge. But when I’m not here you can use the lounge.

PS Your study can be converted to a lounge/study if preferred.
