About occupants
Hi, I'm Jo. I work in Frankston in public relations. While extroverted for work, I relish coming home to be in the quiet and recharge. The property I've listed on here has been our family home for the last decade and while we've made the house lovely for new tenants, I'm still working on clearing out a decade of random stuff thrown into the under-house storage. When I get through it, the plan is for me to move out completely. Until then, I stay over when im working in Frankston a few nights a week and for the occasional weekend working bee to do the garden.

Right now, I'm really focused on finding three people who will get along without me long term. So if I'm not the age/gender of your preferences and I message you, it's likely because I'm trying to line up a good match with someone else who is interested.

I'm a daylight-hours-sociable person, mum of four, and have a new hobby every week; usually crafts. I enjoy a chat over a glass of something to wrap up the week. I'm pretty independent when it comes to meals due to annoying dietary restrictions, but happily collaborative with everything else :)

There is also a cat in this household but he avoids most humans so you may never see him. Unless he decides you are his one chosen person, in which case he will bestow unlimited love on you while ignoring the rest of us. I'm open to other pets living here but we have some challenges with fencing and your pet will have to be OK with a grumpy old cat.
Compatible people
I'd love to be living with other local professionals who want to enjoy the benefits of communal living while maintaining some independence. Desk based hybrid and remote workers have some options for setting up here. In my perfect world, I'd love housemates who'd enjoy get a monthly friends-of-friends potluck dinner or boardgame night, who want to add to the look and feel of the place to make it feel more homely, and who will actually make use of the freaking amazing kitchen.
Description of pets
Alfred is cat who comes with the house. He avoids us, only comes inside to eat, and I honestly haven't laid eyes on him in weeks. When we tried to catch him to take him to the vet for ages, and he worked out how to get out the one-way cat flap which was our last resort to keep him inside. If you like a challenge, you may like our mission to catch Alfred and either make him our official pet or find him another loving home.
