About occupants
I'm Jarrod, 38, I work full-time in a warehouse. I work in the afternoon so am away for the evenings and get home late. My roster is Sun-Thur. My last flatmate worked 9-5 so we were kind of like ships passing in the night.
I like to chill in the morning before work, often taking time to enjoy a coffee and get a few pages read. I am partial to some trashy reality TV to relax down to as well. Sometimes before work I visit the pool around the corner or go for a ride.
I also have a second job working for the NDIS so that also occupies my time some days. It's the type of work that doesn't feel like a job. Generally I am pretty busy, I do like a lazy day here and there an will sometimes spend it out of town visiting family or lazy about the neighbourhood. Central Park is a short stroll away so it's nice to relax with a book and some sun and watch the dogs that are there run around.
Sometime I fill my time with some cooking endeavours or a creative project - currently restoring some furniture.
Compatible people
I know the importance of down time and being comfortable in your home so I hope to find someone that really likes to space. I like to keep a neat space so it would be great if someone felt the same and split the basic house chores 50/50.
