Welcome to a cozy, relaxed retreat in a prime location! I'm looking for a friendly, considerate female housemate to share this lovely home with me. The available bedroom is comfortable and perfect for a peaceful escape after a busy day. The house is just a few minutes’ walk to Malvern Road trams, Gardiner station, and an array of charming shops and cafes, so everything you need is nearby. If you’re a commuter, easy access to the Monash Freeway is also a bonus!
