Hi gorgeous people!

Our lovely housemate has decided to move back in with her family, which means we’re seeking a newbie to join our cohesive and happy household. We have a spare bedroom available located in Glenroy. 🌞

The available room is has an ensuite, as well as a built in wardrobe and big windows for heaps of sunlight.

Move in date will be 1st April (however, we are flexible) ☺️

- Rent: $880 pcm or $203 per week, bills to be split with all housemates
- Bond: $880

The house is modern and well furnished - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a new decking to enjoy in summer ☀️ It’s close to supermarkets and shopping precincts (about a 5min drive). 15 min walk to train station and roughly 30 min drive to Melbourne CBD.

Preferably looking for females in their 20’s/30’s to live with (full time job) - someone who is respectful of shared space and noise, clean/tidy but also kind, friendly, communicates well and won’t be a stranger.

You’ll be living with:
Miranda, 29 🌸 : corporate girlie working Mon-Fri. Into techno, op shopping and trying new recipes. I’m both social and like doing my own thing. I like to keep things clean and tidy. Known to throw the occasional dinner party 🥂
Jess, 22 ☕️ : barista who is happy to bring you a coffee after work. Pretty social but also loves her alone time 🌟
