The house with the best feng shui!!! Why live so close to the city with the expensive rent when you can live within a 13 min walking distance to the train station and its a 30 min train ride into city... soooo affordable with a lovely spacious room. Large house with a warm living room area ready to have more plants or art to be hung up. We have a reverse cycle heating and cooling so great all year round.
The kitchen is super spacious with a gorgeous island to interact and cook around. lots of bench space for multiple chefs or just people who cant keep their prep work to one area.. like me. There is plenty of storage in the butlers pantry as well.
My favourite space is the back decking and garden. It is a very calm back yard with not a lot of neighbours views interfering
We live right next to a golf course and a park around the corner if you enjoy your walks. Coles, train station and all your shopping needs are an 10 min walk away. Perfect location.

We are looking for 3 housemates to co exist with the lovely Isabelle. She is originally from Queensland but migrated down to Melbourne many moons ago. She works at Melb Pathology doing some shift work - could be 8am-4pm or could be starting at 4pm finishing at midnight. Isabelle enjoys watching movies and drinking a glass of wine when she can. She also loves her 2 cats and having a catch up when the time permits. Very easy going and loves pottering around the place whilst not catching up with friends for some pasta
Dont need to share food but to get together once in a while to make it feel like a home than a house would be great.
