Description of the home
I've just moved into a super nice 2 bed apartment in Hawthorn and am looking for somebody to share it with me. I am a 30yo guy who works in hospitality - I am friendly, easy going etc etc. I am social but also respect space / privacy.
The house is a 8 minute walk to Auburn Station and a 12 minute walk to Coles (according to google maps). We're close to shops, restaurants, bars and Swinburne.
The room itself is the larger of the two and has a leafy outlook from the 2nd floor (is huge). The house if fully kitted out but the bedroom will be unfurnished (the home studio is not included).
