About the place:
The room/rental includes everything you need, all utilities, fibre internet (Gigabit!) with redundancy, etc. etc. It's not a misleading ad claiming cheaper rent and then utility bills and consumables, laundry costs etc. pile on top (and are increasing-especially with personal air-conditioning/heating costs).

It's a modern townhouse, not a cramped, stinky/cheap apartment. It has a small garden and awesome indoor and outdoor dining and living area(s), recently expanded and further enhanced when we were in ISO for part time Work from Home situations.

We don't do dodgy "bonds" and aren't creepy folks compromising your personal space. We're looking for trustworthy, and have made top notch accommodation affordable for you in return.

Each room is fully airconditioned and heated with personal controls, and ALL amenities available. Modern, fully furnished, awesome cupboard with shoe rack and hangers, desk, PC/Laptop, printer/fax/scanner etc. also available. A bizillion TV channels in room included with Chromecast as well as NETFLIX and AMAZON PRIME MOVIES (all the trash TV and movies in the world you knew you never wanted!) - All this is included!

Bathroom has a separate bathtub, and the toilet is separate from the bathroom. Big mirror and shelves etc. see photos. There's 3 full bathrooms with showers. The 3rd bathroom is downstairs so you can share the upstairs bathroom with (possibly) 1 other, and there's plenty of space for storage of cosmetics, dresser table, etc, or use the downstairs one for yourself.

Parking outside is plenty and free, safe. and easy to access.

The best cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, bakery, coles, aldi, woolworths, chemist warehouse, yoga and 24 hour fitness first/gyms are all a 5 min walk. (nb: we also have a xtrainer and weights onsite).

Heidelberg Station and Rosanna train stations are a 12/10 min walk too, and the express train gets you into the CBD in 20ish minutes. Leafy parks are within walking distance (10 mins walk, and bike riding distance 2 mins). We have 3 e-bikes for use and readily available in a front bike shed! Bus transport is also on street. Car-wise it's pretty easy travelling too. Side street free carparking available.

We have two adorable puppies who are kept nearly obsessively clean, fully house trained and trimmed (allergy free) - "model" dogs.
