Heidelberg Heights is a pretty suburb in-between some significant shopping precincts such as Ivanhoe, Heidelberg, Rosanna and Preston. Northland shopping centre is 5 mins by car or 15 on the bus. Stop is less than 1 min from the house. Multiple bus routes within a few minutes and the train station at Rosanna is 14 mins walk. Ivanhoe aquatic sports centre is a short bike ride or bus. We have 2 fantastic cafes within a minute walk.
The house is 1950s and a charming, light filled home. The garden is lush and full of fruit trees such as lemons, mandarins and plums. Veggie garden has rosemary, mint, chilli and capsicum growing and there is also a cafir lime tree for extra flavour in your thai curry. There is a wood heater on the patio to fire up on a cool evening or afternoon. Every bedroom has a ducted heating vent and in the warmer weather an aircon is available also. The neighbours are good value and there are lots of large park lands nearby for walking, bike riding or sporting activities.

I work mostly nights so a bit of a night owl. Love to hang out at home or go out with friends. I like the general areas to stay clean but I'm not obsessive. I'd hope that the household would share tasks such as bathroom clean, house hold vac and mop etc, the obvious stuff.
Once moved out my parents may visit and bring the two staffy dogs with them. They will take care of the garden maintenance.
