My home is a bright, spacious, and welcoming place that’s perfect for someone who wants both comfort and convenience. It’s fully furnished and already styled, but I’m happy to make room for you to add your personal touch. There’s plenty of natural light, and the layout gives us both enough space to do our own thing while still having cozy shared areas. The kitchen is fully equipped—ideal if you love to cook like I do—and there are two TVs with most streaming services ready to go for a chilled night in. There’s air conditioning in the shared spaces, a secure storage unit if you need extra space, and a dedicated off-street car park, so no need to worry about street parking.

One of the best things about living here is the location. It’s super convenient—Aldi is just 150 meters away, and there are plenty of cafes, shops, and supermarkets within walking distance. Southland Shopping Centre is close by, and if you love the beach, Sandringham is just 3km away. Public transport is easy too, with buses nearby and Highett Train Station about a 15-minute walk away, making it simple to get around. Plus, there’s a tennis court right behind the property, which is a great bonus if you enjoy staying active
