About the occupants
Hi, I'm Jamie. I'm 45yr old single male working full-time in the CBD (Mon-Fri) and the rest of the time i'm a bit of a homebody. I have a dopey, lazy (with sometimes bursts of weirdness) 10yr old staffy x named Mister that is 100% food driven. I'm more the quiet, ever so slightly introverted, geeky type that likes to watch movies, read a good book or just spend time with my dog. I don't go out to socialise much but am happy for friendly banter over a coffee or drink (I don't drink much alcohol but do enjoy a few every now and then) or shared meal.
Compatible people
Things that matter to me in a flatmate are - first and foremost, they must have no issues or hang ups with living with an indoor (adorable) dog. They need to be chill and relaxed as I am not really into drama and like their surroundings to be neat and tidy without being OCD about it. Someone that will be up for a chat and a laugh but will also respect and value privacy.
Description of pets
My dog's name is Mister and he is a staffy x (not sure what he is crossed with tbh). He is almost 10yrs old and whilst he still thinks he is a puppy he is starting to feel the effects and is now got arthritis and can't really be as active as he would like. He loves to play tug of war with his toy bone and will try to elicit a lot of back scratches. Don't be fooled by him telling you he is starving whenever you have food.. his big belly doesn't lie.
