Looking for a housemate $250 a week + bills in a 3 bedroom home but will just be yourself, me and my cat Kendra 🐈

About the house-
3 bedrooms (bedroom is unfurnished but can provide small wardrobe), 1 bathroom with a large bath, lots of natural lighting, spacious kitchen, gorgeous Coonara wood heater, big deck and entertaining area, spare room could be an office, with off street parking.
The house is a 10/15 min walk to shops, the train station, the Diamond Creek walking track. 10 minute drive to the gorgeous St. Andrew’s Saturday morning market
Would love someone in their late 20’s to early 40’s, who is clean (and willing to do chores), communicative & enjoys the company of a cat. Ideally working full time. I am vegan but open to vegos or someone that rarely consumes other animal products. Would love to share meals on occasion and hang out!
