There is ducted heating and evaporative cooling throughout the unit and ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
Outside is a paved courtyard to relax in.
Off-street parking is available or permit street parking.
The unit is in a great location with shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby in Ivanhoe and Heidelberg. Darebin Creek Trail is also closeby for beautiful walks along the Yarra River.
Ivanhoe Leisure Centre (gym) and Ivanhoe Library are within walking distance.
Ivanhoe and Heidelberg train stations are approx 1.5km away and buses are also available.
Thornbury & Northcote's bars, restaurants and live music venues are a short drive away :)

I'm a 30+ year old and work in a library about 35 hours a week, including some weekends.
I enjoy going to gigs, music festivals, the beach, brunch and dinner out with friends and the occasional dinner with friends at home. I also love travelling, writing, reading, craft and jogging.
I'd prefer a non-smoker, however smoking outside is OK.
I'd prefer someone who works fulltime, but would consider someone working part-time.
