Hello future housemate (& hopefully friend!)

Myself and another housemate have just been accepted for a BEAUTIFUL newly renovated 3 bedroom house in Ivanhoe. LGBTQIA+ & BIPOC friendly (of course)!

THE PERKS:
- A HUGE beautiful, sunny, north-facing garden with flowers and a cherry blossom(?) tree. Loads of room to sunbathe and hold outdoor garden dinner parties in the sun.
- The dreamiest white and powder blue painted house with the cutest stained glass windows and high ceilings that make you feel like you're in a spacious, fairytale house.
- Convenient location - 10min walk to shopping strip in Ivanhoe (cute cafes, coles, woolies, chemists, hot pilates and yoga studios etc.)
- Adequately spacious living area (spacious pictured in white) with A/C
- Two kind and respectful housemates who are looking to create a peaceful, zen home, free from discrimination of any kind :)

NOTE:
- The room and house is unfurnished. We hope to furnish the home together (I will be bringing lots of kitchen & living room pieces with me) so would love to find someone who wants to create a beautiful home together!
- Move in Date: Available from 9th Sep!

YOU:
- We are looking for someone who is considerate and friendly, who is looking to create and maintain a peaceful, homely home. Someone who would like to be part of a warm, social household that likes to hang from time to time but also respects the need for space and downtime apart :)
- Able to pay rent and bills on time
- Willing to keep communal areas tidy and clean out of respect for others using the space
- Happy to keep parties outside :)
- Happy to go on the lease for 12 months
- No couples - sorry!
