It's a sun-filled two-bedroom townhouse, with a balcony perfect for chill afternoon drinks to unwind after a big working week.
I've made it into a cozy place to come back to for a nice rest. Not a party house.
There's a washing machine and dryer, so your bedding will always be dry. You will have to share the bathroom, but it comes with a heated towel rack for that winter months pleasure.
The house is fully furnished, so you'll just need to move in with clothes.
It is within walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to Macauley and Kensington Train Stations, as well as the 57 tram and 207 bus.
You can easily walk to Woolies, Chemist and bottle shops, not to mention all the great food from Racecourse Road and Moonee Ponds Creek Trail just around the corner.
