A very open property with large shared living areas, well stocked kitchen, laundry with appliances, a sun room (which you are welcome to turn into a personal office) with a minimalistic home gym (space to add more), a very large backyard and gardens, heaps of storage room, internet and foxtel access and parking on a quiet wide street. A photo of the room can be sent on request.
We are a 4 minute walk down to the 109 tram stop (to the city/ box hill) and also close to trams heading down Burke Rd. We are within walking distance of the Deepdene shops and Boccacio's IGA. Also about 2km from each of the Kew, Hawthorn and Camberwell shopping districts. There are many walking and cycling paths in this very green area.

We are both fairly quiet but sociable and chilled enjoying a pleasant time but we are both past the big nights out. Neither of us smoke, vape or take any substances.
We both enjoy our video games but I'm more sporty and play/watch sport on the weekend whereas my brother prefers to spend time on his PC either gaming or studying.
