Bianca - 21 year old female, who works part time and has a very social life outside of home, and tends to be out of the house for long periods of time. She is very quiet and reserved, and you may not see her very much!

Catherine - Female in her 50’s, who works part time at a retirement home. Catherine also keeps to herself but loves a chat whenever you cross paths.

In a nutshell the house is very quiet, respectful and independent, and all members of the house respect that this is the norm. I am looking for someone with the same mindset to take over my space, so that the dynamic within the house does not change!
