Home Description
Description of the home
The main shopping strip is just across the street. 20 minutes walk to the train station or take the bus in the front of house. If you have a car, there is an uncovered parking spot available in my drive way.
If you are sporty, there are two local gyms in walking distance. One of them is where I go and it's really great. The swimming pool is just a 10-min drive, where you can also access to a bigger gym. So many walking and cycling trails, and a few swimming holes are in the neighbourhood. It's so lush and full of 'entry level' wild life :)
If you like wine, Yarra Valley Wine Region is a 15-min drive only with so many amazing offerings.
Also a great spot for star gazing and full moon meditation :)
You will have allocated cupboards in the kitchen and fridge & freezer shelves. I am pescatarian (mostly vegetarian) and gluten free. Occasional shared meals are lovely but I prefer each of us keep grocery shopping and cooking individual. Though if you're a talented cook, I would be asking for recipes :)
I have a lot of indoor plants and always happy to see more.

I enjoy having a deep convo over a stroll or a challenging hike, cooking for myself and for my friends, exploring hidden swimming holes, local farmers or swap markets, venting about world politics.
I spend my weekends either at home reading, writing, discovering new musicians, watching movies and chilling with Zoe (my cat) after a busy week or outside socialising with friends, seeing movies, shows or gigs, or simply lying under a tree watching the clouds.
I am a regular at the local gym, also training for a half marathon.
I like keeping the area I live clean and organised, though I know things can get busy and priorities can change from time to time.
I am looking for a friendly, genuine person who is emotionally mature and honest, tidy, open minded, curious and respectful to others and spaces.
Cleaning is a shared responsibility and done weekly taking turns for the shared spaces.
I'd prefer someone who is working full time or part time and happy to live with a cat.
