Description of the home

hi flatmates, this is little description about the house, the house is an old house, it’s a min from tram 16, 2mins from tram 46 n malvern station, 5mins from tram 5 ( prime location ). The available room is the one close to the living room. we don’t have parking space since there’s 2 cars in the driveway but u can park in front of the house ( plenty of space, u might need permit ) u will live with myself ( i’m 29 y.o chef from indonesia ) n 2 other aussie guys, they are matt 25 working in a bar n jack 25 who work in bunnings.
we live in harmony n peace in this place eventho i’m the only girl n we’ve been living together for half year now. sometimes we go out together, party together, have dinner, and movie night together. this house is pretty quite n chill on daily basis but sometimes we had party in the house, if u are chill n fun person u will love to live in this house. u will be on the lease till july next year n we will need your police check ( it’s the owner policy ). we’ve been good mates with the owner so i hope u can do that as well ! he’s a legend 🫶🏻
we want a girl who can chill, no drama, be my friend ( that’s why the boys wants another girl ) n makes the house looks nicer cz live with 2 guys isn’t really that tidy sometimes 🥲😅
