The room is in a great big house, you are in the biggest room of the house with an Air Condition and Gas Heater. The room is fully furnitured but you are welcome to add more to it. The room has a queen bed and also has a TV with free access to Netflix and Stan. The house is on River Street, the tram number 82 past the house every 10 minutes, which gets you to Footscray and Mondee Ponds. Highpoint shopping Center is only 5 minutes away. An Aquatic Center and Gym is also very close by. So much is close by! Coles, Woolworths and Aldi too. Perfect for someone without a car.

We are already 3 people living here, Yash, he is 29 and works very hard in 3 jobs, he is barely home. Gerald is 47 and is very private, he is not much out of his room. And then there is me, I have been living here for over 17 years. I'm a 44 year old german guy, i'm working as a Hotel Manager in the city. Shift work is my life but I enjoy it. We are very quiet and easy going, no party, no loud music and we would like someone similar. Having friends over is fine, cooking, games. All is possible.
Compatible people
I am after someone who is mature and respectful, common sense is provided and expected. Rent needs to be paid in advance. When you see something, look after it (i.e. cleaning, rubbish, mowing the lawn) But usually I am doing all that. But would be nice to have someone else sometimes. :-)
