* Fully furnished with a modern bathroom + kitchen, lots of plants, balcony + great remote working setup (electric standing desk + 2x 27” monitors)!
* Secure apartment (1 of 6 units) with quiet, friendly & respectful community. Suitable for 1-4 people max.

* Monday Dec 16, 2024 - Thursday Feb 20, 2025 (66 nights)

💰 PRICE:
* $500 per week with ALL Utilities (Electricity, Gas, Water + Wifi) + furnishing use included.
* (Preference given to someone who can take the full 2 months / 66 nights - happy to discuss a discount if so). Bond is one month rent and refunded at the end.

* Maribyrnong area - near the Anglers Tavern + River Trail/Parks + Bike Trail (300m), Highpoint Shopping Centre / Coles/Woolworths (1.7kms)
* 1min walk to 57/82 tram + 7-11 convenience store, and 5mins walk to the nearest cafes.
* Short distance by tram/PT/car to CBD, Melbourne Airport, Ascot Vale, Flemington, Brunswick, Footscray, Sunshine and surrounding areas.
* Use "7-Eleven Raleigh Rd" on Google Maps as a guide

- a spare bedroom with a comfy queen-size bed on a hardwood Japanese Futon
- I could move the electric-standing workstation setup, OR..
- I could leave it empty if you’d like to use it for storage/exercise/yoga space - up to you!

Bills and expenses

Rent includes ALL utilities and full access to the apartment - electricity, gas, water + NBN/wifi internet. Price is $500 per week for BOTH rooms- not 1!
