We have a shared room available for rent on the 22nd floor at 483 Swanston Street – Verve Apartments, beside RMIT University, 1-minute walk to Melbourne Central Station and 5 minutes from Melb uni.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a washroom and provides a beautiful view of the city. One shared room is available for rent. $475 per month (Exclusive of bills) - Preferably guys, as we are 3 boys from Monash and RMIT and you’ll be sharing the room.
Move in date: ASAP
Minimum Stay - 6 months The house is fully furnished. Additional facilities (free of cost) are Tennis court, BBQ area, lounge area, swimming pool, spa, sauna, well-equipped gym and a 25-seat theatre to plug in your laptop for movies or consoles for gaming.
