I am Mona, 31 years old , am a permanent resident ,living in Melbourne from the last 7 years now, looking for a girl student or someone who is working full time to have one of the rooms available in my 2 bedroom fully furnished appartment in the CBD .

The appartment is a 1 min walk from Flagstaff Station and in close proximity of 4- 10 mins walk from Melbourne Central trainstation, Flinders Station and Southern Cross Station ,

The area is surrounded by beautiful green luscious flagstaff gardens, which is only a min walk from the appartment, also nearby theres a charming and nice walking trail into the botanical gardens passing through the AAMI Park.

Victoria market is around the corner,

The building has its own indoor gymnasium and swimming pool , which you will have access to at no extra cost on top of the rent and the bills.

The appartment located on the 28th floor comes with 2 bedrooms both have top to bottom built-in robes on one whole wall of each room with looking glass mirrors on the wardrobe ,1 bathroom, 1 balcony facing beautiful view to th city, 1 very spacious living room, 1 kitchen, 2 fridges (you wil get your own fridge) , and all other amenities are available.
