In their 20s, pay bills on time, responsible, clean, respectful, and a good communicator. Ideally semi-social where we get to do some activities but happy for you to have your own space.

Financials:
The rent is $430/wk for singles and $500/wk for couples, covering communal cleaning products and internet. Bills (power, gas, water) are split evenly. Bond payment will be required to secure the room after the contract is signed, don't worry, you don't need your name on the lease.
