Description of the home
Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my room at Scape La Trobe between September-October until the end of lease date on 06/02/2025. It is a self-contained room with a communal common space (kitchen and living room) shared with 6 other lovely roommates. There are 3 seperate bathrooms that are shared equally between roommates (2-3 people sharing one bathroom each). The location of this accommodation is extremely convenient and close to many things like public transport, shops, RMIT university and more (5 min walk). Scape La Trobe holds many events throughout each month and has communal/entertainment and study spaces. The cost of rent per week is $419.00 and is inclusive of all utilities such as water, electricity and wifi. The room includes a cooling/heating system (AC), desk and lamp, plenty of storage space (wardrobe, drawers attached to desk), and a king single bed. Please see photographs attached for reference. Inspections can be organised as well :)
Scape has a few requirements to be eligible to be a tenant which include:
- Must be an enrolled student (who can prove their student status with a Letter of Offer or Certificate of Enrolment)
- currently in Australia
- over 18 years of age
- A new Scape customer (e.g. The replacement tenant cannot be a person who already resides at Scape, who has a booking confirmed with Scape for future residency or a past Scape resident who has broken their lease).
