**Super Prime location just opposite State Library of Victoria, Next to RMIT University and Melbourne Central station, Victoria, 3000.
One fully Furnished single room available for one person accommodation especially student. The room is abit small as it was designed for one person accommodation, so if you are prefer large master room this is not an option. Thank you
Idea for anyone who is prefer to live, study and work in the city central CBD. Very convenient and saving costs of public transportation and saving times on travelling from the suburbs to the city.
Many stores and shopping centre and markets are around just a few steps out of the building and it’s in the free tram zone area.
2 bedrooms 1 bathroom. You will be sharing with one person only. (Max 2 people living in the whole apartment).
About me: I am working full-time and part-time student at RMIT. Love being quiet, tidy and living respectful which mostly I’m at work and Uni.
The rent is: $325 per week and sharing only electricity bills only half and half approximately about $35-45 per month.
Bond: 1 month rent payment
** LGBT friendly, please no smoker, no couple, no pets. Students and working holiday visa are also welcome.
The room is currently available and minimum stay is 3 months.
