Hey all. We have one room available for rent from September in a two bedroom apartment on the corner of Elizabeth and Little Bourke Street.

In the heart of the city, it's a 5 to 10 minute walk basically anywhere within the CBD, or a 5 to 10 minute tram or train ride anywhere on the outskirts, whether it be North Melbourne, Brunswick, Richmond, Footscray etc.

The common areas are fully furnished with all the essentials as well as a few appreciable non-essentials I'm sure. It's also worth mentioning that the view from the balcony is pretty great.

Available bedroom is of decent size and partially furnished with a queen bed, large drawer and a desk. It has nice big windows that allow for good natural light as well as dual curtains to diffuse or completely block it all out. It also has a large built-in wardrobe.

You will be living with me and my wife Cha, as well as Banshee, our 4 year old cat. We've been told she is very pleasant and chill. Cha and I enjoy binge-watching TV series and playing games of both the video and board variety. Being a chef, Cha likes to cook a fair amount and we are more than happy to include you in our meal-prep if you feel so inclined.

We don't mind having guests around, just not too many days in a week and nothing that will make the place feel like a nightclub.

Bills and expenses

Rent is $320 per week.
Utility bills are paid monthly and are to be divided equally 3 ways, this includes electricity and water. WiFi is optional.
