• The place has been refreshed and refurbished and a full bathroom renovation has just been completed thus making this co-living share house very appealing to would be residents. There is a choice of 4 rooms of varying sizes in this well run share house. The rental costs vary according to the room sizeand are moderately priced. The shared amenities include a new bathroom with shower and toilet; there are also a separate shower and a separate toilet which is more convenient for all the residents.

The house is located in Melton South within walking distance (only 15 minutes!) to the train station, Coles supermarket and shops/eateries. If you need to commute to Melbourne, a quick 35 minute train ride will get you there.

Rental for the rooms includes all bills with heaps of extras included – with nothing else to pay:

Our share house has been running for over 5 years. We take pride in what we do and run the place in an organized fashion.
At present we are looking for 1 to 4 persons and would like to meet people that are genuine, honest, prepared to do their bit to get along, willing to keep the place clean and live and behave in a respectful and cooperative way to ensure harmony.
We prefer and accept people that are fully employed / working part/time and want to better themselves.
We are a husband/wife team and have helped many people get a start.
