My house is modern & very cosy. Not very big but spcaious enough and comfortable with open living area and galley kitchen. Main Bathroom & Laundry facilities are available for your use. As well as a seperate refridgerator. I live opposite a Football Oval and Sporting Facilities and including a walking track. Also, a small playground for kids & BBQ area. There is a small group of shops within 5 mins walking distance which includes restaurants, take-away food and a small supermarket. Primary & High Schools are close by. There is also a bus stop about a 5 min walk from my home as well. There is off street parking.
