The house is a spacious, light-filled townhouse located in a peaceful estate, conveniently situated between Nepean Highway and Warragul Road in Mentone.
Upstairs, you'll find an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that creates a welcoming, communal space. My bedroom is upstairs, while the two available rooms are downstairs—one can be used as a bedroom, and the other makes for a great spare room, study nuke or office. The layout is very practical for house-sharing.
Your have your own bathroom, and a lovely backyard that’s perfect for relaxing or enjoying some outdoor space.
The house is almost fully equipped—bring a bed, and you’re good to go! That said, I’m open to you adding personal touches and any items to help make the space feel like your home too.

I've been living here for two years, and I truly love calling this place my home. During the week, you'll usually find me at CrossFit in the mornings or after work—it's a big part of my routine.
I tend to meal prep for the week but enjoy cooking healthy meals in the evenings. I’m happy to share a meal every now and then if you're up for it!
On weekends, I’m usually out and about, whether socializing with friends or going on an adventure.
I don't drink alcohol, but I’m totally fine if you do! Just so you know, this isn’t a party house—I'm more into keeping things chill and relaxed.
