We are Indian and Thai couple currently living in master suite and work full-time; we are seeking a woman who is non-smoking and pet-free. We welcome international students.
A minimum stay of three months is required, but a longer stay is preferred.
Rent: $250 per week, which includes all utilities, Netflix, and internet
Bond: $1000 for single, $1500 for couple
