Beautiful large 2-bedroom house in the heart of Middle Park.
- Across the road from Middle Park village with cafes, supermarket and a pub.
- 5km to the CBD, easily accessible by the tram which is 100m away
- 5 minute walk to the beach and Albert Park Lake
- Next door to St Kilda and 10 minutes to Chapel Street

The house is a long Victorian with a decent sized dining room, separate livingroom with a working fireplace and a courtyard out the back. Garage for storage with plenty of on street parking.

The room is furnished with a queen size bed, has an inbuilt wardrobe and some shelving as well as an ornamental fireplace.

You’ll be living with myself and my Goldie Fred, she’s the absolute best. I work from home full time in Recruitment and outside of that am usually out for dinner or drinks or hanging with Fred at the park or beach.

Looking for someone that is easy going, doesn’t mind sharing a drink or a meal here or there but also mindful of each other's space.
