About the occupants
I'm Vanessa (42yo) and my dogs name is Bodhi (ridgeback x).
I work in the construction industry (concrete batcher), work in Bayswater north, some crazy early starts anywhere between 415am & 6am, home anywhere between 3pm-6pm and 6 days a week.
Have a boyfriend, we try to stay at each other's house once a week, depending on our work and his son’s schedule. His son does not stay over, may do in future.
Love all the good things in life... food, wine, beer, bars/restaurants, playing tennis, hiding away lazily watching Netflix, laps of pool, all depends on mood of the day or night.

When I say happy, I know we can't be chirpy all the time, though wish to live with a positive person. If I'm grumpy, I stay in my room, not lay on the couch moping, do that in your own room I believe and leave rest of the home happy. Same as if your a grumpy person after a big night out, I have no problem with that, but again stay in your room so the other person can carry on around the home freely. Hope that makes sense. 🌻
When I say 'mindful', it refers to the above and being mindful to let the other person have the house to themselves at times. I can be a homebody too given my work hours, though very mindful to ensure I'm not there all the time giving the other person relaxing time around their home and when friends around sometimes would be there and join in if we all get on or would be mindful and perhaps go out.
When I say clean, I can be messy at times such as leaving things lying around like shoes, bags, clothes, though believe very clean with things such as doing dishes (clean kitchen before going to bed), dusting, clean benches, clean toilet, vacuum, putting bins out & not just walking past them when coming in the door...
I actually enjoy fluffing around cleaning doing dusting, vacuuming, gardening, etc, so a bonus for who moves in, though in saying that don't expect it's done all the time. 😁

Description of pets
Bodhi is a laid back old ridgeback x. He's 13, though still thinks at times he's 3. Wish he was!! He's outside during day, depending on weather. Doors generally open when home so he comes in goes as he pleases.
