ROOM FOR RENT MORDIALLOC
Dreams really do come true. $560 per fortnight included some bills. S that is $280 p/w. WiFi is free.
I am currently looking for preferably female housemate who is honest, kind, clean and friendly. As long as we can respect and trust one another. The bond will be 4 weeks rent upfront and also rent needs to be 2 weeks in advance. All applicants are welcome including students . I am female and my name is Sandra and I work in childcare.. There are 2 rooms and a Living room and Kitchen and Bathroom with an amazing Bath tub. A bit about me: I love to cook, I'm very artistic and I love my hobbies like candle making, drawing, Reiki and gardening.

I'm looking for a reliable housmate who doesn't mind being social now and again. I hope we can get along and can help each other out from time to time.

My awesome pad (home) is a lovely home and is a cute little unit in James Street, Mordialloc. Only 1 street away from the beach.

If you are interested please email or phone me. Please feel free to discuss anything and come to view the property/ bedroom which can easily fit a queen or double sided bed. There is currently a single bed and a desk in the room including a single bed which you can have if you need one. The room can be emptied if you like? I do have a wardrobe on wheels if you need it.

The neighbours are all lovely. You will be within a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 mins to shops WOW!
The whole unit (minus the bathroom tiles) are wooden floorboards. Both the front and back doors are double locked plus all windows have roller blinds so you can sleep anytime. There is a beautiful backyard with a balinese day bed that can be put in the carport undercover so there is some room for storage too. Plus the dryer is outside and I have a washing machine inside. The heating is fantastic and takes only minutes to heat up plus I have air con slit system too. I have lived here for over five and a half years. Mordialloc is becoming like a small chapel street. So many restaurants to choose from and Woolworth and Aldi very close too. I am happy to do the cleaning at no extra costs.
