A block from the beach and 5 min walk to Mordialloc shops and restaurants and train station. The home has 4 bedrooms a shared living room. There are 2! bedrooms available. One has a sink and storage area and separate toilet and small shower. If prefer can use main bathroom. Other bedroom is large. The large backyard is enclosed, there is a BBQ and area for entertaining, some grass lemon and olive trees and area for growing vegetables and fruit
