Lovely single storey home in a quite street. Very close to shops & train station (10min walk) & short drive to SE Feeway as well as both Monash & Deakin Unis & Monash Medical Centre.
A 5yr old kitty cat (Missy) lives with us (no kitty litter in the house as she goes outside). Gardens front & back & off street parking for 3 cars but only 1 spot undercover (usually taken by my father as he is home most of the time).

I am a 58yr old Chilean woman living with her 84yr old dad.
We are currently renting with a 22yr old male flatmate (friend of the family) who is about to move back to Brisbane.
He has been a lovely young man, full time employed, clean, self sufficient, spiritual, quiet, although quite sociable as part of his Church and sports activities.
We would prefer to keep the rent manageable so we'd like to find someone similar in temperament, see how we go for 6mths and, if well we can extend the stay to 12mths.
As they would need to share a bathroom with my dad it would be preferable to find a male to share (I have my own small ensuite).
