Description of the home
I’ve lived in this house since just before covid so the rent has not increased too much. For this reason I don’t want to move. My housemates are moving back with family to save money nd I am comfortably situated in the back extension, I don’t even enter through the front door
I love the street and the overall location, close to Waverly gardens shopping centre. Kmart at M city and Brandon park are probably an equal drive away.
PLUS there is a bus stop right outside that links to Monash University.
With the family I live with moving out, most of the property would essentially be yours.
The room with the red wall is the master with an ensuite, I use the other bathroom that is used by visitors if ever they visit. The living room I barely utilise though of course the kitchen and dining room is a shared space.
Lots of space in the front and back garden, a drive way for parking and a huge garage to be utilised.
Internet connected though not included in the rent and security cameras installed

I like a clean house though can’t say I’m OCD
I’m social and spend an equal amount of time out, working and down time at home.
I have a 1 year old Rhodesian ridgeback puppy named Lady Bear who I train almost every day though she is a puppy and gets up to mischief if left to her own devices. She is super social with so much love to give and follows me everywhere, she will act like she hasn’t seen you in months whenever you walk through the door.
I vape out the back and love a good coffee
I’d love to share with someone who has similar ideals, just a millennial trying my best to live a happy life and keep a roof over my head in this cost of living crisis.
Rhodesian Ridgebacks are known to never bark, I’ve only heard her really bark if she suspects and intruder which really makes me feel safe
