The house features an open-plan living and dining area that opens onto a entertainers deck, a modern kitchen with gas stovetop and dishwasher, split system heating/cooling and separate laundry.

The available room is the primary bedroom. It is generous in size with a walk-in wardrobe and a private ensuite. It comes unfurnished so you can make it your own.

Please note: we have recently renovated the inside of the house but the exterior still needs some love. This will be all finished by Summer .
