Opposite Yarraman station and 20 min walk to Noble Park amenities.
Property is a 5 year old approx. 2 storey townhouse in Yarraman Village. The property is set back into the village area, that train sounds should not be a problem.
Bedroom has wall to wall carpet, remote controlled AC, heater, double BI wardrobe with sliding doors.
Bedroom comes UNFURNISHED, but could easily fit a single or double bed. Could fit a Queen size bed, but might be a squeeze.
There is access to shared bathroom comprising of shower, toilet and handbasin.
Weekly rent is $180.60 with a calendar monthly rent of $784.75
Bond is $700.00 payable upfront along with a month's rent in advance.
Stairs have a solid handrail and lead lights on the wall with light switches at the top and bottom of stairs. There is extra storage underneath the stairs.
Downstairs comprises of wooden floors, lounge room, hall way and 2nd toilet.
Kitchen has dishwasher, gas cooktop stove and microwave. A pantry shelf is available for kitchen items. The fridge next to the stove is shared. There is also a chest freezer (197 litres) available for sharing.
Flatmates buy their own food, dishwashing liquid, cleaning utensils, laundry powder, toilet paper.
Tiled Laundry has 10kg front loader washer and laundry sink. There is also a cupboard with shelving for additional storage.
Parking is on street as double garage is already occupied with two cars.

Bills and expenses
Gas, electricity, water, Internet are split evenly. We have a gardener come periodically when the lawns need to be mowed and the bill is split evenly.

Share accommodation comprises of myself, an Aussie guy in his 20's who works full time, another guy who is studying and working part time.
We're looking for a 4th person to take up one bedroom.
We're a friendly lot but pretty much keep to ourselves except when sharing common areas like kitchen, laundry etc. as we have different routines.
The house is not a party, drug or alcohol house, as we are not looking for any dramas. Current tenants are early risers (ie 5.00am). Home should be a safe, peaceful and stable place.
We're wanting someone who is a non smoker, friendly, clean, responsible, pays rent and bills on time (this is non-negotiable) and who pulls their weight with household chores. Needs to be respectful to other people and their belongings (that is, if it's not yours, don't use it or eat it). If this sounds like a good fit, we would love to hear from you.
