House has quirky little features like a moat at the entrance lol (see photos). Many gyms, cafes and restaurants around, 5 minute walk to Queen Vic Market, 15 minute walk to Melbourne central. Amazing inner city living!

PS CURRENT LEASE IS UP ON 23RD MAY. We have the option to continue the lease month to month after this. As the house is so expensive, I'd need someone to sign on by the 23/4 otherwise I'd just end the lease on the 23/5 and move out myself.
