Your room has optional clothes racks and bedside table. It also receives maximum sunlight, important for a Melbourne winter. Summer in the veggie patch is almost over (there's still some basil remaining) there's plenty of scope for a green thumb. There's space in the garage for extra storage. Bus routes run along Bastings st and nearby Victoria rd.
