Seeking housemate for a fully furnished room in the heart of Northcote (Mitchell St) off High St - one of the grooviest streets in Melbourne!
$300 per week ($1200 pcm) excluding bills, however willing to discuss bills / what works for both of us. No bond required, however rent in advance is. The apartment is a second level 2 bedroom, with an open / spacious airy feel, apartment is fully furnished with all my furniture (pictures will follow). Electricity / gas - monthly.
I am a professional musician from NZ, I’m a considerate, friendly person who enjoys social time & my own space, the apartment is not a party house, but a home to enjoy & relax, that’s not to say a gathering could not occur occasionally.
