**The House**

Recently renovated cottage, with a massive backyard with a flourishing veggie garden and two sheds for all your creative endeavours. Ducted heating for the winter, ducted cooling for the summer. Big cozy homey vibes.

**Location, Location, Location**

Located on Victoria Rd, a 10min walk to the Northcote Aquatics Recreational Centre. Well connected to public transport with a bus-stop 20m across the road, short walk to the tram and Dennis train station. Shops nearby at Station St, High St and the Plaza.

**You**

We’d love to fill the room with someone non-binary or female identifying to maintain a 🌀 house balance 🌀
Mid twenties to mid thirties. Sorry, we can’t have pets. You’ll be transferred onto the lease.

**Us**

You’ll be living with a Sarndra (30), Jack (28) and Allan (32). Collectively, real chillers, kind and respectful folks. All of us work 9-5 weekdays. Always good for a chat, a hang, bicycle ride, walk to the milk bar or house dinner, or pancakes.
