We are looking for a new room-mate to share our home. The home is a period style and we are offering one room which is now available. The home is a large Art Deco. The room has polished floorboards, high ornate ceilings, and it is a good size. Wi Fi is included in the rent.

No need for a car as this home in Ormond is near the Ormond train station (bus or 10 min walk) with access to the CBD in around 23 minutes (6 stops from City). Bus stops are directly across the road. Several supermarkets, cafe/coffee shops, and for that occasion when too lazy to cook, also several fast food outlets are all nearby. Just move in!
Parklands are abundant in this leafy area for the jogger, walker or the cyclist and the beautiful Port Phillip Bay and Elwood and St. Kilda beaches are a mere 10 minutes drive.
