Hi, I have 3 rooms for you to choose. Looking for 2x single flat mates, better suit for full time workers.

Myself will be stay in one room, after you chose yours.

Room 1 (Photo 1 - 4) : Ensuite with own bathroom and walk in wardrobe, King leather bed, Bed side table, 6 drawer dresser, floor lamp. Quiet front street view. Weekly rent: 220 include bills. Bond 700.
Room 2 (Photo 7- 8): Queen size timber iron bed, Bed side table, double wall wardrobe. Weekly rent: 200 include bills. Bond 630.
Room 3 (Photo 5-6): Queen size white timber bed, Study table with drawers, single wall wardrobe. Myself is more likely to stay in this room, unless no one want to stay in Room 1 ensuite. Weekly rent: 210 include bills. Bond 650.

Minium stay: 1 month.

Myself is full time office worker. Live with 2 friendly young border collie boy dogs. Chocolate one is 7 months, Blue one is 4 months.

Common area: 7 seats leather sofa, small dining table use as study desk, large dining table with 8 seats, kitchen stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, more storage rooms are back yard garage.

Enjoy friendly, peaceful, relax home.
Please always keep your room and common area clean and tidy.
Smokers are ok, outside only.
