Hey! Looking for a new housemate to join me in Parkville.

The house is a freshly renovated terrace smack bang in between the University of Melbourne, Royal Park, and Royal Melbourne Hospital. Extremely spacious and light-filled house with a separate study space. Shared shower but two toilets which helps when getting ready for work in the morning. By far the best share house I've ever lived in but unfortunately my mate is moving to Sydney to be with his partner.

Parkville isn't as bustling as Carlton/Fitzroy/Collingwood but it's a super lovely little community with a cute little cafe and pub around the corner. 15 minutes door to door from Barkly Square/Sydney Road, 5 minute jog from Prinny Park, 15 minute walk to Lygon Street in Carlton or Errol Street in North Melbourne. Melbourne Uni gym is a 3 minute walk away.

$375 per week. Electricity, gas, water and NBN is around $225 per quarter, per housemate.
