We are renting a room, with a double bed, bedding, pillow, desk with chair, nightstand, drawers and a large closet in our house. The room is well lit, and has blinds and curtains. The floor is made of wood. Shower and tub separate from the bathroom. A large kitchen with a dining room, with a gas stove, a large and cozy living room as well. The house has 3 bedrooms. We are a couple, Colombian and Cuban, very calm and friendly. And we have a very sensible, clean and educated cat. In the house there is a garden at the entrance and a large backyard. $900 per month. We do not charge a bonus, electricity, water and gas are shared. The house is located in Pascoe Vale, a 7-minute walk from the Pascoe Vale train station, it takes 25 minutes to the city.
