Hello!
We’re looking for a new housemate at our three person sharehouse in Pascoe Vale South. The house is a beautiful light filled home with a dishwasher, wooden floorboards and a lush garden. It's about 7 minutes walk to the 58 Tram and 15 minutes walk to the Strathmore Train Station. It’s also really close to Moonee Ponds creek if you like a bit of nature. The room has some nice big built in wardrobes and comes with a bed and a small desk and chair if you want. It’s a nice, relaxed spot with friendly housemates.
The rent is $824 per month and bond’s $744, the room’s available now.
