6 bedroom home in Sanctuary Lakes 3030 on an Island. It has beautiful lake views with amazing sun rises, located in a quiet court on 1,000m block.

One large room available with ensuite, walk in wardrobe and storage area. A massive private loungeroom is also available to be included. $220 per week including all bills.

A second large room with own bathroom (including bath and separate toilet) for $220 per week including bills.

Only two rooms available for rent. A total of 3 adults.

I have two young boys, 4 and 7 who are with me every second week for 4 and 5 nights respectively (out of 14 nights) and half of school holidays.

I am looking for professionals who are relatively quiet, don't mind me having two young children part time and do not host massive parties. Friendly, easy going and respectful of others :-).
